How To Guide Gas Formulas
1. Enter your Miles Driven Here.
2. Enter the Gallons of gas you purchased when you filled your tank.
3. Your Miles per Gallon will appear hear.
Is it Worth It?
1. Enter how many miles it is to your destination (make sure to include the round trip miles)..
2. Enter your cars normal Miles Per Gallon.
3. Enter the price of a Gallon of Gas
4. This will be total cost for the trip.
Example - Lets say gas is 20 cents a gallon cheaper at a station that is 10 miles away. Your car gets 22 miles per gallon. Your normal fill up is 10 gallons. Gas is $3.95 / gallon.
Using the formula - you would spend $1.80 to save $2.00.
